We wanted to share a little home video of some of what we did on our spring break down to Austin, Texas to participate in the MidCoast Takeover of SXSW at The Liberty!

12 hours to get down there .. 5 days of hot sun & dust-filled fun & work (let’s all give it up for Chris who ran sound for 4 days, over 12 hours a day, mixing over 60 bands .. and finding the jesus amps when the others blew) .. then the most hellacious 16 hour drive back home that made us never want to step into a vehicle again! Next year we will do that part differently!

We also wanted to let all you fine people know that our debut record Better Run of Bad Luck will be released one month from today on the luckiest of days Friday May 13, 2011.  That night we will be having one of them there Record Release parties at Davey’s Uptown (vinyl, cds, and more). So come on down and celebrate with us .. let’s have a drink or two and a whole lotta fun!
